Βασικές προϋποθέσεις

- Λειτουργικό Σύστημα: Windows XP ή νεότερο ή MacOS X (Mac) - Το Linux ΔΕΝ υποστηρίζεται.
- Φυλλομετρητές: Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer 6 ή ανώτερος με ενεργοποιημένα: το javascript, τα cookies (προεπιλογή) και τις ρυθμίσεις ασφαλείας στο μεσαίο επίπεδο. Επίσης να μην είναι ενεργά Adblockers όπως π.χ. Adblock ( Addon του Firefox )
- Flash Player Plugin: Version 10.
- Σύνδεση Internet: Για την υπηρεσία streaming είναι απαραίτητη: Ευρυζωνική σύνδεση με ταχύτητα τουλάχιστον 550K.
- Σύνδεση Internet( σημείωση ): Απλή σύνδεση dial-up ή ISDN δεν επαρκεί για την υπηρεσία streaming.
- Σημείωση: Στις τιμές συμπεριλαμβάνεται Φ.Π.Α. 19%
