Panathinaikos BC announces signing Ioannis Papapetrou. The Greek forward has agreed to a three year contract with our team.

Papapetrou (born March 30, 1994) is 2.06 m (6 ft 9 in) tall and he can play at either the small forward or power forward positions. He grew up with Ilysiakos Athens (Greece) juniors and played high-school basketball at Florida Air academy… “Pap” played college basketball at University of Texas (2012-13) and he came back to Greece for the 2013-14 season, signed by Olympaicos Piraeus… Ioannis won the 2014-15 and 2015-16 Greek National Championship with Olympiacos Piraeus. He is also member of the Greek National Team and played at the 2017 European Championship… Papapetrou has been member of the Greek U-16, U-18 and U-20 National Team. He played at the 2009 and 2010 European U-16 Championships and at the 2013 European U-20 Championship.
