The situation has long surpassed the limits of the Hellenic Basketball Federation (EOK), the Central Refereeing Committee (KED), and Mr. Vangelis Liolios.

Following last year’s infamous incidents during the finals, it is now clear that the recurring events are no coincidence. It is inconceivable that the State continues to turn a blind eye to what is taking place in Greek basketball and within the Hellenic Federation.

Responsibility now lies solely with the Government, which is allowing certain individuals to act in an organized manner right under its nose. Enough is enough!

Panathinaikos AKTOR Basketball Club will no longer tolerate this situation, and the Government has an obligation to the Greek fans to immediately address the problem, rather than sweeping it under the rug.

All of Europe is talking about what is happening within the four lines of the court, while some continue to pretend not to see it.

If those at the EOK believe they are demonstrating their power, they are gravely mistaken. Panathinaikos and its millions of supporters possess far greater strength than they do
