Panathinaikos AKTOR BC informs its fans that from Holy Tuesday, April 15 at 12:00 PM and for a period of 24 hours, current season ticket holders will have the opportunity to renew their seats for the 2025/2026 season.

The renewal process will be carried out exclusively through CLUB 1908, the official mobile app of Panathinaikos AKTOR BC. To complete the renewal, fans must access the relevant section within the app and enter the full name used during the purchase of their current season ticket, along with their seat details (section, row, and seat number), in order to secure a permanent seat at our home, OAKA, and remain an integral part of the most thrilling moments of our team.

Please note that renewals are strictly limited to the same seat held during the 2024/2025 season.

Additionally, even if a fan’s information was originally submitted with an error (e.g., a typographical mistake), the same information must be re-entered exactly as it was previously submitted, in order for the system to locate the seat and allow the renewal process to proceed.

For better service, all current season ticket holders will receive an email from Ticketmaster with detailed instructions regarding the renewal process. This email will include the necessary information (full name, section, row, and seat) required to complete the renewal. The email will be sent to the email address of the original purchaser, not the final ticket holder. In cases where the ticket was purchased on behalf of someone else, the purchaser must forward the email to the intended recipient.

Once the renewal period concludes, season tickets will be made available for new buyers, subject to availability.

To ensure the proper allocation of loyalty points, each ticket purchase must include a unique email address belonging to the final ticket holder, which must either be already registered or used to create an account on the CLUB 1908 app.

CLARIFICATIONS FOR THE FOLLOWING SEASON

With a strong sense of responsibility toward our fans, we would like to inform them of the planned changes regarding the availability of season tickets for the 2026/2027 season. Given that the CLUB 1908 Loyalty Program will be active for the entirety of the 2025/2026 season, the ONLY CRITERION FOR PRIORITY will be the total number of loyalty points each user accumulates through the official Panathinaikos AKTOR BC app—points that reflect their active support and dedication to our TEAM.

In brief, the following factors will contribute to point accumulation:

• Attendance and stay at the renovated OAKA
• Presence at Stoiximan GBL championship matches
• Purchases from PAOSHOP
• Time actively engaged with CLUB 1908

These elements, which will be further detailed in future communications, will be transparently converted into points and will constitute the sole criterion for eligibility to purchase season tickets.

Furthermore, it should be emphasized that the total points accumulated will unlock Special Preferential Pricing Tiers, not only for season tickets but also for all purchases made via the CLUB 1908 platform.

PRIORITY FOR FAMILIES

Panathinaikos AKTOR BC considers the family unit a cornerstone of Greek society and invites families to be present once again at our “home.” Current holders of family season ticket packages will receive an email from Ticketmaster containing a payment link, through which they may complete the renewal of their family tickets for the upcoming season.

Please note: Eligibility for renewal of family season tickets is limited to fans whose children have not exceeded the age of 15 (i.e., born on or after January 1, 2011).

Service will be provided following the submission of the KEPA disability certification and the companion’s information (full name, Social Security Number – AMKA, and email) to tickets@paobc.gr, with the subject line: “SEASON TICKETS FOR DISABLED FANS,” or by calling the Ticketing Department at: 2144022539, 2144022541, 2144022543 (Monday–Friday, 08:00–19:00).
