Kenneth Faried spoke on CLUB 1908’s “Game Talk” about the upcoming matchup of Panathinaikos BC AKTOR against Dubai Basketball.

So, Kenneth, are you excited for your second game here at our home, the Telekom Center Athens?

I’m really, really excited. All I keep hearing is how different the crowd is here. I’ve seen it online, but I’m sure tomorrow will be even more electric because you’re already giving me energy online. So I’m looking forward to experiencing it in person.

You look like you’ve been with the team since the start of the season, not just a few days. How did you adapt so quickly to the environment of Panathinaikos BC AKTOR?

Honestly, I’m a professional. I’ve been a professional my whole life, and they don’t call me “Manimal” for no reason. Every time I get the chance to play basketball, I step on the court and give everything I have. When the fans, my teammates, and my coaches see that, they give back the love and attention I need to improve and show who I really am.

And speaking of fans, what are your first impressions of the Panathinaikos BC AKTOR supporters?

Ask me tomorrow, because I hear it gets even crazier here. I can’t wait to see what the Gate 13 fans are like.
