Panathinaikos AKTOR started the game better and took the lead (5-7 at 6′), which they held until the 6th minute (12-13). Subsequently, Olympiacos went ahead (16-13 at 7′), with the first quarter ending with the Greens trailing by four (19-15).

At the beginning of the second quarter, Panathinaikos AKTOR found themselves down by 8 (28-20 at 13′) and then by 11 (35-24 at 15′), but quickly cut the deficit (39-33 at 18′). The first half concluded with Panathinaikos trailing by four points (42-38).

In the third quarter, the hosts maintained the upper hand despite Panathinaikos AKTOR’s efforts, with the period ending at -10 (64-54).

In the final quarter, the Greens found themselves down by 14 (68-54 at 32′ & 71-57 at 34′), eventually suffering defeat in Game 4 of the Stoiximan GBL Finals.
