GENERAL TERMS OF PURCHASE AND POSSESSION OF AN ENTRY TITLE IN THE ARENA

 

Please read carefully the General Terms of Purchase and Possession of a ticket to enter the arena (hereinafter referred to as the “General terms”).

By entering the arena in a lawful way (season ticket, ticket, invitation), we assume that you have read, understood and acknowledged the present Terms.

ARTICLE 1: DEFINITIONS

1.1 MATCH: It means the match between basketball teams to be performed by the Basketball Club in the field used by the latter as its home base and where it plays as the home team.  

1.2 SPORTS EVENT: it means every sports event organized by the Basketball Club (awards, contests etc.).

1.3 ARENA: It means every sports facility used by the Basketball Club to organize the matches or sports events.

1.4 COURT: It means a rectangular, flat, hard surface with controlled access (parquet), where the members of the team (athletes, coaches, members of technical teams, members of the secretariat etc.) are during the match.

1.5 ENTRY TITLE: It means the valid and legal title (ticket, season ticket, invitation), which enables the holder to enter the arena and attend sports events and matches.  

1.6 TICKET: It means the numbered and nominal ticket, with its number corresponding to one seat for a seated spectator, which enables the holder to enter the arena and watch the match.

1.7 SEASON TICKET: It means the plasticized ticket (card), which enables the holder to enjoy a series of privileges, together with the right to enter the arena and watch the matches (Greek Championship and Cap, European sports events and playoff games), to be conducted during a sports season.   

1.8 INVITATION: It means the invitation which gives the right to access the arena and watch a match or a sports event, in accordance with the notice of the organizing authority.

1.9 HOLDER-SPECTATOR: It means the person entering the arena, who has the right to enter the arena and watch the match in a lawful way, which means with a valid ticket, a season ticket or an invitation.

1.10 BASKETBALL CLUB: It means «PANATHINAIKOS S.A. BASKETBALL CLUB» under the distinctive title «PANATHINAIKOS OPAP BASKETBALL CLUB», including its employees and other members and volunteers.

1.11 OFFICIAL SALES POINTS: It means the Basketball Club’s head office, the ticket house of each arena, as well as any other place designated as such by the Basketball Club or its designated agents.   

1.12 TICKET TERMS: It means the summary of the General terms of the present document or the additional terms on the back side of the tickets, invitations and applications for the purchase of season tickets.  

1.13 FAN CARD: It means the National Fan Card, which is mandatorily issued by the Sports S.A. Company or the Paid Athletes Association for each fan, in order to be able to purchase tickets for sports events and enter the sports facilities.

As of 31/12/2020, the issuance of entry titles will in no case be possible without the use of a Fan Card, excluding the cases mentioned in L. 2725/1999. To issue a Fan Card, a written application of the fan concerned shall be deposited in any Sports S.A. Company or Paid Athletes Association or to persons specially authorized, mandatorily completing the following information: full name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, home address, telephone number (fix and mobile phone), identity card or passport or residence permit number, issue date and issuing authority, as well as SSRN. This application must be accompanied by the deposit of a) a passport type photo, b) a photocopy of the identity card or passport or residence permit and c) a photocopy of the SSRN. The fans’ information will be registered in the Central Database, which is kept in the Central Ε-ticket System. The fan card bears the identification number of its holder, in accordance with the International Labeling Standards and is issued upon deposit of the application, which is directly received by the fan upon deposit of the amount of two (2) Euros as a cost for its issuance. The Fan Card is valid for two years and may be renewed. Each fan, in order to enter a sports arena, must: a) mandatorily show their Fan Card during the purchase of a single ticket and season ticket, b) to enter the card’s number in case of online purchase of a ticket and c) bring it and show it when requested while in the sports facility.

Ι. PURCHASE AND POSSESSION OF ENTRY TITLES IN THE ARENA

ARTICLE 2: TARGET AUDIENCE

All the entry titles in the arena to watch a match of the Basketball Club or another sports events organized by the Basketball Club are exclusively intended for the team’s fans. In case of purchase or possession of entry titles by fans of the opponent team, these purchases will be cancelled by the Basketball Club and its authorized agents.

ARTICLE 3: PURCHASE AND POSSESSION OF TICKETS

3.1 TICKETS SALES POINTS: The official tickets sales points are the Club’s ticket points (ticket points in OAKA arena which operate before the beginning of each match), as well as the stores of its authorized agents. The purchase of valid tickets is also possible through the official website paobc.gr (with a link to viva.gr).

3.2 ELECTRONIC TRANSACTION - SAFETY: The purchase of electronic tickets may be performed through the Club’s official website www.paobc.gr  (with a link to viva.gr). The Club’s sales website has integrated the latest and most well-established safety policies regarding the performance of money transactions and the users’ personal data and ensures the uninterrupted availability of services. Specifically, the technologies that govern the Club’s information system include the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology for the safety of data transport within the information system, the use of provisions and specialized safety mechanisms (Firewall) for the protection of saved data of the website, as well as the use of cutting-edge technologies for the technological integrity and availability of the website. All the transactions performed by the website user are governed by the International and European Law, which regulates issues regarding e-commerce, as well as by the Law on consumers’ protection (L. 2251/1994), which regulates issues related to online sales. Payment for the purchase of e-tickets is exclusively performed with the user’s credit or debit card.  The Club`s and VIVA` s websites have taken all the necessary measures for the safety of credit card transactions. In case of failure to charge the credit card, the order will be automatically cancelled. In the event that a booking confirmation message is not displayed through the confirmation page after sending the user’s information to complete the payment process or in case of an error or interruption message when sending the information, the user is responsible to contact the Club in order to be informed about whether the transaction was completed or not. The Club does not accept any responsibility for money or other loss of the user that may arise if the user does not receive a confirmation message for their order and payment. The Club is not liable to users for any damage that may result from non-execution or failure to execute the user’s order timely. In any case, the Club ensures that users are informed of the unavailability of seats in a timely manner. The Club is not responsible for any unavailability of the system, nor does it guarantee uninterrupted, accurate and error-free service provision. You cannot refund or change your tickets after the completion of the transaction.   

3.3 DELIVERY OF ELECTRONIC TICKETS: The delivery of electronic tickets is performed at the designated service points with showing the purchaser’s identity card number, as well as the personal fan’s card. The electronic tickets may be also printed directly from the above website, where their purchase has been performed. Printing includes –mandatorily and in accordance with the provisions of Law 2725/199, Law 4326/2015, Law 4410/2016 and SAR/229157/12877/1280/236, the full name of the purchaser, the number of the personal fan’s card, the passport or the license permit, the issuing authority and the issue date, the seat and a unique code number that corresponds to the transaction in question and may be used only once by the holder while entering the arena.  

3.4 VALID TICKET: It means the ticket purchased by official sales points in accordance with what was mentioned above. Every valid ticket contains a unique barcode and a watermark. Tickets are always nominal, numbered and correspond to a seated spectator seat. If someone purchases a ticket from any other person excluding the Club and its authorized agents, they run the risk of delivering a ticket which is a product of theft, forfeiture or illegally acquired by their predecessor, thus preventing them from entering the arena or being forced to leave.  

3.5 PURCHASE BY A MINOR: The purchase and receipt of a ticket on behalf of a minor (under 14 years old) may only be performed by the parent, while for minors from 14 to 17 years old, the parent ’s consent is necessary. The entry and stay of a minor under 14 years old in the field is only allowed if the minor is accompanied by an adult and the responsibility is always borne by the parent.

3.6 PREVENTING EXCHANGE - RESALE: The exchange, resale and generally trade of the tickets, as well as their supply on behalf of third parties as part of commercial or business activity are prohibited.

3.7 USE FOR ADVERTISING PURPOSES: The use of tickets for political, commercial, advertising or other promotion purposes is prohibited, unless the Club has provided its written consent. The Club retains the right to cancel the tickets in question.   

3.8 REFUND: After the purchase of the ticket, its replacement or cancellation and refund are not accepted, even if it has not been used by its holder.

3.9 LOSS, THEFT OR TICKET DAMAGE: The Club cannot replace the stolen, lost or damaged tickets.

ARTICLE 4: PURCHASE AND POSSESSION OF A SEASON TICKET

4.1 SEASON TICKETS SALES POINTS: The official sales points for all categories of season tickets is the BC store (Apostolos Nikolaidis’ stadium. Alexandras Avenue, Gate 10) and its authorized representatives’ stores. The purchase of season tickets may also be performed through the official website www.paobc.gr  (via a link to viva.gr).

4.2 VALID SEASON TICKET: The valid season ticket officially issued by sales points and authorized bodies or through the aforementioned website indicates its unique barcode, as well as the seat corresponding to its holder. Season tickets do not apply for friendly matches which may be organized by the Club during or before the beginning of the sports season, unless otherwise decided by the Club.

4.3 CATEGORIES OF SEASON TICKETS: For the sports season 2019 – 2020, the categories of season tickets are the following: Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Social, Family, zone 1, zone 2, zone 3, zone 4, zone 5 and zone 6.

4.4 ELECTRONIC TRANSACTION- SAFETY: The purchase of season tickets is possible through the Club`s website paobc.gr (via a link to viva.gr). For this transaction, the provisions of Article 3.2 of the present detailed terms shall apply.  

4.5 ISSUANCE OF A SEASON TICKET AND RECEIPT BY THE HOLDER: Upon issuance of the fan card, completion of the relevant application and filing of the holder’s personal information, the season ticket is issued at the same time by the store’s employee. In case the issuance of the season ticket is not possible for any reason, it will be sent by the store to its purchaser at the postal address given while filing - in the application. Season tickets purchased through the Club and VIVA `s official websites shall be posted to their purchaser within a few days, at the purchaser’s expense.

4.6 PURCHASE OF A SEASON TICKET BY A MINOR: The purchase of a season ticket by a minor (under 18 years old) is only allowed if the relevant application has been filed-in and signed by the parent (specially mentioning their own signature). The entry and stay of a minor under 14 years old in the field is only allowed if the minor is accompanied by an adult and the responsibility is always borne by the parent.  

4.7 PREVENTING EXCHANGE – TRANSFER – CONSESSION - RESALE: The season ticket is personal. The exchange, transfer, concession, resale and generally trade of season tickets, as well as their supply on behalf of third persons as part of a commercial or business activity are prohibited. In case of breach of the present term, the Club retains the right to cancel the said season ticket without prejudice to the Club’s right to remedy any loss or damage which may be caused by the unlawful exchange, transfer, concession, resale or generally trade of the season ticket.    

4.8 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: No refund or change of the seat category is possible for any reason upon completion of the transaction. The holder of the season ticket has no right of withdrawal from the moment the purchase process of the season ticket is completed and until or after its receipt.

4.9 HOLDER’S PERSONAL INFORMATION: The season ticket’s holder, providing their personal information in the Club for filing-in the present document, enables the Club to edit the information in accordance with the provisions and under the restrictions of the statutory European Legislation On Protection of Personal Data (Regulation 2016/679 EU) of the national legislation (L. 4624/2019, L.2472/1997) and in accordance with the statutory sports legislation. In case the card holder wishes to receive relevant information on the actions and news of the Club, participation in contests, as well as offers of the Club and/or associated companies and sponsors, they may declare it to the special consent form at the bottom of the application, marking the special box. In case the holder does not wish their personal data to be used in the future, they may declare so at any time.

4.10 LOSS OF THE SEASON TICKET: In case of loss of the season ticket, the holder may notify the loss as soon as they realize it at some of the official ticket sales points (excluding the sales points at OAKA stadium) and fill-in the relevant loss statement, in order for the season ticket to be re-issued by the Club ’s associated personnel and the lost ticket to be cancelled.  

4.11 NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:  In case of change of personal information, the holder of the season ticket should notify the change to the Club, by sending a relevant declaration at the offices’ address at 2, Efkalipton and Pentelis 43 Street in Marousi, Attica.

ARTICLE 5: INVITATION ACQUISITION

5.1 INVITATIONS’ ACQUISITION: The Club may send invitations for matches or events that may take place in its home arena to selected associates or sponsors, for commercial or advertising purposes, in order to be made available to the public after competitions or tenders. Invitations are always nominal and the Club collects the personal data indicated in term 4.9 in order to issue them.  

5.2 VALID INVITATION: It means the invitation purchased by its holder from the Club or any person authorized by the Club, to whom invitation has been given for commercial or promotional purposes in order to be made available to the public. The validity of the invitation is made through the barcode indicated in the title, as well as the watermark. Invitations are always nominal and correspond to one seat.

5.3 PREVENTING TRANSFER OR CONCESSION OF INVITATIONS: Invitations are always personal and its concession, exchange, transfer or sale is prohibited.

ΙΙ. RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SMOOTH PERFORMANCE OF SPORTS EVENTS

ARTICLE 6: RESPONSIBILITY OF HOLDERS OF ENTRY TICKETS IN THE ARENA

The holder of an entry title in the arena is liable towards the Club for any act or omission that is opposed to any act or law or regulation and/or violates the present terms or the additional terms of entry in the arena, to remedy any damage or consequential damage, which will be a result of the actions and the overall conduct of the holder during competitions or sports events, as set forth in applicable laws and regulations. In addition to the above, the Club reserves the right to prosecute any offenses that may occur during the arrival, entry, stay and departure of holders.

ARTICLE 7: SAFETY OF SPECTATORS

The holder - spectator is exclusively responsible for their personal safety, the safety of minors they accompany and are solely responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings upon arrival, entry, stay and departure from the arena, since there is no other way of safeguarding them.   

ARTICLE 8: SPORTSMANSHIP

The holder - spectator must comply with the laws, rules and regulations of sportsmanship and contribute in meeting the conditions for smooth performance of sports event before, during and after the sports events. Offenses, slogans of anti-athletic and/or anti-national nature, as well as conflicts and participation in disputes are strictly prohibited throughout the entry, stay and departure in and out of the arena.   

ARTICLE 9: RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SMOOTH PERFORMANCE OF SPORTS EVENTS AND THE PRESERVATION OF ORDER

In accordance with Article 41D of Law 2725/1999, the responsibility for preserving order during sports events is borne by the Hellenic Police, which shall decide in its own discretion for the necessary personnel to preserve the order. The Club is required to cooperate with the competent police authority and comply with its recommendations and decisions, in particular with regard to ensuring the smooth performance of the sports event, attendance and departure of the fans, the tickets’ distribution mode, the determination of seats and the empty sections between them and generally the preservation of public order. The Club is also called to facilitate the police authorities’ work by providing them with personal information of fans and other information requested. In addition to the above obligations to comply with the decisions of the Hellenic Police and to assist them in their execution, the Club has no jurisdiction or liability to preserve the order and smoothly perform the events.

The Club is fully released from any liability for any injury, destruction, loss or civil liability of the holder - spectator which may be associated with attending the match or sports event in the arena in any manner whatsoever.  

ARTICLE 10: RIGHTS OF THE COMPETENT AUTHORITIES AND THE CLUB ON PRESERVING THE ORDER  

At any time, the competent Police Authority, the Club and its authorized partners may carry out an identification control for the entry titles and Fan’s Card, as well as a physical and/or luggage inspection of the persons inside the arena’s premises. In case a breach of these terms, the additional terms, legislation, rules and regulations of sportsmanship is found during the inspection or in case of a suspicion for inappropriate conduct, the above persons reserve the right to immediately remove the person off the arena, as well as the right to ban entry in future matches, without compensation. These cases are indicatively the following:

-          The holder - spectator does not abide by these terms and the additional terms indicated on the back of the entry titles, the laws and the rules and regulations of sportsmanship.

-          The holder - spectator is not able to show their identity card or Fan Card, in order to be identified.

-          The holder - spectator refuses physical and luggage inspection.

-          The holder - spectator disturbs the entertainment, comfort or safety of other people in the facilities.  

-          The holder - spectator holds a lost, stolen, forged, damaged entry title or with illegible full name or a full name that does not correspond to the data indicated in their identity card.

-          The holder - spectator purchased their entry title in the arena by a non-authorized body.

-          The holder - spectator attempts to interfere with or disrupt the matches or sports events.  

-          The holder - spectator carries prohibited items as described in the present terms.  

-          The holder - spectator performed or is expected to perform any of the prohibited actions set forth in these terms.  

-          There are indications that he/she is going to do some of the above.   

In this case, the entry title is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for another ticket.  

ΙΙΙ. INVITATION, ENTRY IN THE ARENA AND PERFORMANCE OF MATCHES AND SPORTS EVENTS

ARTICLE 11: PARKING  

The purchase of a ticket or another entry title does not guarantee the holder a parking space outside the field. Free parking is only guaranteed for the owners of Gold, Platinum Categories.

ARTICLE 12: ENTRY IN THE GATES  

The holders of entry titles are directed to the gate which is as near as possible to their seat, in accordance with the indications of the facilities and suggestions of the competent authorities. When entering the arena, entry titles’ holders must show their entry title, Fan’s Card and identity card to the competent authorities.

ARTICLE 13: ENTRY OF MINORS IN THE ARENA

In order for a minor under 14 years old to enter and remain in the arena, they must be accompanied by an adult. The responsibility is assumed by the minor’s parent.

ARTICLE 14: IDENTIFICATION CONTROL

The responsible police forces, the Club, as well as its associates, may at any time upon arrival, entry, stay and exit from the arena, to show their identity card, entry title, as well as the Fan’s Card for every person within the arena’s premises. In case of refusal or inability of the person to show their entry title and/or identity card and/or Fan’s Card, the aforementioned may immediately remove that person from the arena.  

ARTICLE 15: PHYSICAL AND LUGGAGE INSPECTION

The holder - spectator agrees and accepts that they may undergo physical inspection and inspection of their luggage or any other item they bring while entering, staying and leaving the arena. This inspection is performed for safety reasons and aims to avoid incidents and general offenses during the match, ban of the home arena by the organizing authority, as well as ensure the smooth conduct of the match and the physical integrity of other spectators - fans.

ARTICLE 16: PROHIBITED ITEMS

The holder-spectator is prohibited from bringing objects which fall within the following categories upon entering and staying in the arena:

-          Weapons, ammunition, explosives, chemical or incendiary devices and generally all chemical or incendiary mechanisms and generally all the provisions of law 2168/1993 (OGG Α’ 147), rifles, crackers, tobacco, tear gas and general items, which may cause personal injury (Article 41f of L. 2725/1999), even though they are lawfully held.

-          Knives, poles, batons, umbrellas and generally any object that may cause physical injuries.

-          Drugs or other prohibited substances, provided by Law 1729/1987 and Law 4139/2013.

-          Bicycles, mopeds, roller skates, skateboards, other skates, sandals, balls, rackets, Frisbees and other similar objects.

-          Electronic broadcasting equipment without the right of re-transmission.

-          Flagstaffs, flags larger than 2*1 meters and banners larger than 1*1 meters. Flags and banners smaller than those specified above are allowed if they are found to contain no abusive and/or racist content and images and provided that they are not posted on metal, wooden, plastic poles or frames.  

-          Musical instruments, horns, laser devices and any other device that may cause discomfort.  

-          Items (T-shirts, hats, bags etc.) with clear company trademarks, as well as non-original products of the Club.

-          Signboards, notices, brochures and publications with defamatory or obscene content, as well as any political, commercial or advertising material.

-          Glass bottles, crabs, refrigerators, ice cream pans, thermos, and large number of coins.

-          Water, soft drinks, alcohol beverages, other than those sold in the arena`s canteens, as well as food, except where there are health reasons, as evidenced by appropriate medical documents.

-          Animals, excluding police dogs and companion dogs for the visually impaired people.

-          Bulky items, such as bags, suitcases, folding seats or stools etc.  

-          As well as general material of any form with content or any other items that the Club, in cooperation with the competent police authorities, may characterize as dangerous or inappropriate and may be considered to disrupt the proper monitoring and safe conduct of the matches.  

 

ARTICLE 17: CONFISCATION OF PROHIBITED ITEMS

If such items are found during the entry and stay of the holder - spectator in the arena or their luggage, they shall be immediately removed by the police authorities or by specially designated Club personnel, without any further responsibility of the Club. The Club shall not provide safeguarding services for the above unauthorized items in the arena.

ARTICLE 18: ENTRY TICKET’S HOLDER SEAT IN THE ARENA

The holder - spectator’s seat in the arena is always the one indicated in each entry title in the arena. When entering the arena, the holder - spectator is requested to go to their seat, with the help of the instructions given by the competent authorities and Club`s associates. The holder - spectator is obliged to keep that seat until the end of the match or the sports event and their exit from the arena. In case the holder - spectator occupies a seat that does not correspond to the one indicated in the entry title in the arena, the security officers have the right to ask them to move to the correct seat and, in case the holder-spectator refuses to do so, the security officers may take him/her off the arena. The Club retains the right to transfer the holder - spectator in another seat in the same or a different gate, if there is a justified reason and always considering the best possible service and covering the Club’s needs.

ARTICLE 19: LIABILITY IN CASE OF NOT FINDING THE SEAT

In case the holder - spectator fails to find their seat in the arena or their seat is not accessible for any reason or in case another spectator has taken their seat, the holder - spectator must address to the competent associate of the Club (usher) in order to find his seat. The usher can ask the security officers to help him, if there is such a need.  

ARTICLE 20: OBLIGATION OF KEEPING THE TITLE UNTIL EXITING THE ARENA

The holder - spectator is obliged to keep their entry title in the arena until their exit from it. The competent police forces, the Club, as well as its authorized associates may request to show their ticket any time. The inability or refusal of the holder - spectator to show their entry title in the arena, when requested, shall result in their removal from the arena.

ARTICLE 21: PROHIBITTED ACTIONS

The following actions are not allowed in the arena: The invitation or participation in disputes or other actions or acts that do not comply with sportsmanship and/or defame the match, the sport, the Club and its athletes. In addition, smoking, betting, unauthorized attempts to collect money for any reason, coordinated team promotion or advertising efforts, abusive marketing activities, political or religious events and protests, sales of goods by unauthorized people or points, unauthorized tickets sale, unauthorized transmission and/or videotaping using any means, entrance of unauthorized tele-performers with copy equipment and camera, photo shooting, dangerous, inappropriate or annoying behavior, distribution of unauthorized publications, leaflets and other documents, spectators’ attempt to enter places where accreditation is required, money laundering or other unauthorized access. The Club may amend the above list of prohibited actions at any time by adding actions which may, in its discretion, disturb the smooth viewing and safe conduct of the match or event.  

ΙV. EXIT FROM THE ARENA

ARTICLE 22: KEEPING THE ENTRY TITLE

The holder - spectator is obliged to keep their entry title in the arena until final exit from it and must show it upon request.  

ARTICLE 23: PRESERVATION OF ORDER AND INSTRUCTIONS BY THE COMPETENT OFFICERS

The holder - spectator must preserve the order and follow the instructions of the police authorities, the Club and its associates, as well as the other competent authorities when exiting the arena and until final removal from it.  

V. POSTPONEMENT- CANCELLATION OF THE MATCH

ARTICLE 24: POSTPONEMENT OF THE MATCH - CHANGE OF ARENA

In case of postponement of a match or change of arena for any reason (for example weather conditions, decision of the Competent Body, decision of the Euroleague, the Hellenic Association of Basketball Companies, Sportsmanship Committee etc.), the ticket holder must keep their ticket, which will be valid on the new date or the new arena, unless otherwise decided by the Club.

ARTICLE 25: CANCELLATION OF THE MATCH – DOORS CLOSED 

In case of postponement of a match for any reason (decision of the competent body, decision of the Euroleague, the Hellenic Association of Basketball Companies, decision of the BC, etc.) or “doors closed”, the ticket holder may ask for refund.  

In the cases mentioned in the present Article, the season ticket holder has no right to withdraw and/or ask for refund against all or part of the value of the season ticket and/or any other compensation. In the above cases of the present article, the invitation holder shall not have any right to claim compensation and/or exchange their title.  

In case of change of the Club`s home arena, due to punishment or by decision of the competent Authority or for any reason that is not result of the Club’s decision, every possible effort will be made to ensure a seat for the season ticket holders to watch the Club’s match in the arena set, in priority against the other fans. In case the designated arena has reduced capacity, which does not allow keeping a seat for all season ticket holders, the Club will timely inform the card holders through the website www.paobc.gr, or in any other appropriate way, that priority will be followed for all seats. In case that, due to the lack of sufficient capacity in the arena, all season ticket holders cannot be served, they will have no claim against the Club and the Club shall have no obligation to compensate them in any form whatsoever.

ARTICLE 26: CHANGE OF TIME/DAY OF THE MATCH

In case of change of the time/day of the match, the ticket holder is not entitled to replace or cancel and get a refund, unless otherwise decided by the Club.  

ARTICLE 27: CHANGE OF THE SCHEDULE OR THE PARTICIPANTS

In case of change of the schedule or the participants of any game season, the ticket holder shall not be entitled to replace or cancel and get a refund, unless otherwise decided by the Club.

  

ARTICLE 28: EVACUATION OF ROWS BY THE POLICE

The title holder - spectator agrees that, in case the Police requests the evacuation of some rows in the arena for safety reasons, the Club reserves the right to move the holder in another seat on the same or another gate, always wanting to serve in the best possible way both him and the Club’s needs. In such case, it is expressly agreed that the Club shall not be liable for any reason whatsoever.

VI. PHOTO SHOOTING – VIDEOTAPING – SOUND RECORDING

ARTICLE 29: ACCEPTANCE

The holder - spectator recognizes and accepts that during the course of competitions and sports events; in particular when attending, entering, staying and/or leaving the arena, they may be photographed, videotaped and/or recorded by the Club and its affiliates. When purchasing a ticket, a season ticket and using invitations, the holder - spectator’s consent is presumed for all kinds of use of the aforementioned images photos and/or recordings by the Club and its affiliates, waiving any claim from the use of the above material, which indicatively includes publication, retransmission and use for the promotion of tickets, season tickets and other products with the Club’s trademark.    

ARTICLE 30: USE OF MATERIAL BY THE SPECTATORS

Photo shooting, videotaping or recording the matches by a holder - spectator with their personal camera, video camera or recorder is only allowed for personal use and the sale, concession of rights of intellectual property, retransmission, publication or commercial or other use of the above material is expressly prohibited. 

ARTICLE 31: SECURITY CAMERAS

The entry title holder - spectator recognizes and accepts that, for safety reasons and to prevent any offenses, security cameras will operate recording the areas of the arena during arrival, entry, staying and leaving the arena by the holders.  

VII. CONFIDENTIALITY- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

ARTICLE 32: PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

When the holder - spectator obtains a Fan’s Card, ticket, invitation or season ticket, the Club and its authorized personnel is entitled to collect, maintain and process the holder’s personal data. The processing of the holder’s personal data will be performed by the Club and its authorized personnel, in accordance with the provisions of the New General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU 2016/679), L. 4624/2019 and 2472/1997 on protection of personal data, L. 2725/1999, L. 4326/2015, and the decisions ΥΠΟΠΑΙΘ/ΓΔΥΑ/ΔΤΥ /ΤΜΑΕ/229157/12877/1280/236 and ΥΠΟΠΑΙΘ/ΓΔΥΑ/ΔΤΥ/ΤΜΑΕ/229158/12878/1281/237. The Club shall make every possible effort for the protection of the holder - spectator’s personal data from fraudulent access and treatment. The personal data of the holder - spectator collected by the Club and its authorized personnel will be solely used for the purposes set forth in the current sports legislation. If the ticket holder wishes to do so, he may consent to the use of their information to receive updates on the activities and news of the Club, their participation in contests and tenders organized by the Club and/or associated companies and sponsors. In case the holder - spectator does not wish the use of their personal data in the future, they may object to it at any time.   

VIII. SPECIAL ADDITIONAL RULES OF CONDUCT FOR THE ENTRY TITLE HOLDERS - COURT SIDE

ARTICLE 33: OBLIGATION OF COURT–SIDE ENTRY TICKET HOLDERS

The holder of the «court-side» entry title is obliged to:

1. Only sit in the seat indicated on the entry title, which must be displayed upon request.

2. During the match, the holder must remain seated. In case they must stand upright during the match, they must do it during timeout.  

3. Avoid taking photos using flash.  

4. Avoid interfering in the match progress or having a disturbing behavior.  

5. Avoid entering the court and throwing objects in the court or anywhere else in the arena.  

6. Avoid bringing bulky items with him/her, such as labels, cardboards, flags, selfie-sticks etc., in court-side seats. The Club’s security officers retain the right to remove such items if they find them potentially dangerous or disturbing to players, coaches, referees, the Secretariat, members of the Press and TV stations broadcasting the match.

7. Stand upright as least as possible and do not stand upright during the match.  

8. Show respect to all the referees, players, coaches, team assistances and fans.

9. Avoid contact with players, coaches, team assistants, as well as the members of the Secretariat in any way, either physically or verbally.  

10. Not use of inappropriate vocabulary or gestures directed at players, coaches, referees, the members of the Secretary or other fans. The above - mentioned constitute a reason of removal and/or imposition of a fine.  

11. Avoid displaying signs or wear clothes that have obscene or inappropriate messages.  

12. Avoid making obscene or inappropriate gestures to the television cameras.  

13. Avoid interfering in any way with television cameras and television or Press coverage within in the field.  

The Club retains the right to remove from the court-side seats or from the arena in general any fans that do not comply with the present regulation, impose them a fine and/or cancel the entry titles and future privileges associated with them.  

ΧI. FINAL PROVISIONS

ARTICLE 34: ADDITIONAL TERMS - AMENDMENT OF TERMS

The terms listed on the back of the ticket, the invitation as well as those in the application for the issuance of a season ticket are additional to the present terms and jointly form the complete and exclusive holder - spectator agreement with the Club. The Club reserves the exclusive right to unilaterally amend these terms in its discretion and any amendment will be binding on the spectators. Failure to apply one or more of these terms by the Club does not constitute a waiver of any or all of them.  

ARTICLE 35: INVALIDITY OF TERMS

In case of invalidity of some of the terms of the present document, the other terms shall remain in force.  

ARTICLE 36: PURCHASE THROUGH A REPRESENTATIVE

In case the purchase of a title is made through a representative, the present terms shall bind both the assignor and the assignee. 

ARTICLE 37: APPLICABLE LEGISLATION  

The Greek legislation shall be the applicable legislation and the competent Courts shall be the Courts of Athens.
