PAO NEXT GEN: New jerseys, new generation for new successes

Adidas and Panathinaikos BC present the 2014/2015 season jerseys. The Greek League and Cup trophy holders' 2014/2015 season jersey colors will be: classic green for the home games, white for the away games, while the third jersey will have an impressive black color. Since the history of Panathinaikos is fraught with glory moments, the details on the jerseys will have a golden color. Following the motto “PAO NEXT GEN”, the Clover's new generation of players is ready to put on the new jerseys designed by Adidas and accomplish new brilliant feats.

Nikos Pappas and Lefteris Bochoridis represented Panathinkos' “NEXT GEN” at the photoshooting for the new jerseys together with the team's iconic captain and top Greek player, Dimitris Diamantidis.

Panathinaikos BC COO/Director of Operations, Mr. Ilias Katsogiannis talked about the team's new jerseys: "Once again Panathinaikos has a pioneering cooperation with Adidas as far as the game jerseys are concerned. This year's jerseys are not only perfectly designed, but also incorporate the latest jersey technology, and we are sure that with them we will celebrate trophies again this year".

Adidas Southern Europe Brand Director, Mrs. Marianna Rebapi, said: "The cooperation with Panathinaikos BC is multiannual and compeletely successful. We are definitely sure that this season's jerseys will help us add another successful year in our cooperation. We believe that the golden details on all the Panathinakos jerseys will blend the glorious past with the future."

Adidas innovative technologies

Panathinaikos 2014/2015 season jerseys will feature the Rev30 technology that is used for the jerseys of NBA teams. The Rev30 technology renders jerseys lighter than ever, allowing players to be even faster on the court, while their body is better aerated throughout the game. In order for the players to be faster on the floor, the new shorts weigh less than 100g/m². Panathinaikos, along with Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, will be the only teams this year in Europe to use the most technologically advanced Adidas jerseys.
